Heavy-Duty Range with 17" Griddle & 2 Open Burner Combination Top with Flame-Failure Protection

Available with a standard oven, storage cabinet base, or as a modular top.

Ovens – A 40,000 BTU/hr standard oven with a fully porcelainized interior. Piezo spark ignition. A sturdy, heavy-duty oven door with a “keep-cool” door handle. Convection oven option available.

Storage Cabinet Base – A stainless steel storage base with stainless steel doors.  

Griddle Tops - A 1” thick steel plate griddle with an H-style burner rated at 30,000 BTU/hr and hi-lo valve control. Welded steel, 3-sided splashguard. Removable front-mounted stainless steel grease receptacle.

Open Burners – Two-piece Starfire Pro® open burners rated at 35,000 BTU/hr (30,000 BTU/hr CE-approved model) per burner with protected pilot lights, removable ring grates and cast-iron top grates. The grate design allows pots to slide easily across the surface from burner to burner. Stainless steel drip tray under open burners.

Flame-Failure Protection – Total flame-failure protection on all burners monitors the existence of a gas flame and will turn off the gas supply to any burner when a flame is not present for a safer cooking environment.

Electronic Ignition Option – Electric spark ignition on all concealed burners. Requires single-phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz power source.
