36ER32-3 36E-Series 36" Combination Top Electric Range

Heavy-Duty Range with a 24" All-Purpose Top and 2 Open Elements

Available with a standard oven or storage cabinet base.

Ovens – Full-sized 6.5 kW oven with aluminized steel interior. Separate power control for two upper heaters and two lower heaters with overall thermostatic oven control. Comes with a chrome-plated oven rack and 4-position rack guides. A storage base in lieu of oven is also available.

Storage Base – A stainless steel open storage base. 

All-Purpose Sections – A high-heat all-purpose hot top with thermostatic control, 290°F (143°C) to 650°F (343°C), for cooking flexibility. A 5kW heater for every 12” width of 3/4” steel plate.

Elements – Powerful 2.1 kW, 8in (203mm) dia. tubular heating elements with 3-heat switch control ensure consistent output and temperature regulation, even under heavy volume use. Rugged controls and circuit-breakers/fuses outside heat zones for electric circuit protection, safety, and service access.

Front and rear grease troughs to catch excess grease and spillage that drains into grease pans under the range top.
