Open Burners – Four 2-piece Starfire Pro® open burners rated at 24,000 BTU/hr per burner with protected pilot lights, removable ring grates and cast-iron top grates. The grate design allows pots to slide easily across the surface from burner to burner. Stainless steel drip tray under open burners.
Hot Top - One heavy-duty, cast-iron, even-heat hot top section with a single burner rated at 22,000 BTU (6.45 kW).
