​Ever since being established in 2016, we at Welbilt (previously known as Manitowoc FoodService Company) have made it our mission to help commercial kitchens reach their full potential by offering complete solutions - solutions that are powered by high-quality products and excellent service support.

Our publicly listed company offices and culinary kitchen (located in Dubai, Silicon Oasis Light Industrial Area 3, office B05) is currently managed by Rakesh Tiwari, Sales Director for the Middle East whilst our Service Department is managed by Charbel Mazloum, Service Director for Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. 

Serving as a hub to our valued network of distributors that operate in the Middle East region, Welbilt Dubai is a place of thorough education. In fact, dealers can even sign-up for training sessions at Welbilt Dubai. During these sessions, attendees will learn more about our portfolio and recent product launches.

We also regularly host Masterclasses from the heart of our culinary kitchen at Welbilt Dubai. These sessions are held by our local culinary Chef Nicholas Bates who is on-hand to help customers develop their menus and learn more about Welbilt products
